Educational Qualification
Applicants must have any one of the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, or Food and Nutrition

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Dairy or Oil Technology

Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized Indian university

Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysis
Selected candidates will also be required to undergo specialized training as specified by the Food Authority from time to time.
