Notice
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University invites online applications for various Administrative (Non-Teaching) positions as per the permission of the Government of Gujarat.
Eligible candidates shall apply online on or before 21/11/2025 (till 6:00 PM). Two hard copies of the application along with self-attested testimonials must reach the undersigned on or before 28/11/2025.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Junior Clerk / Typist
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Computer Knowledge: Certificate of Basic Computer Application as per Govt. resolutions dated 13-08-2008 & 18-03-2016.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Gujarati & English typing, data operation skills.
- Must pass CCC and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level exams during the contract period.
- Age Limit: 35 years
2. Junior Stenographer
- Education: Graduate from UGC-recognized university.
- Computer Knowledge: Certificate of Basic Computer Application as per Govt. norms.
- Language Skills: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and English.
- Stenography: English – 90 w.p.m. or Gujarati – 60 w.p.m. (Preference to candidates knowing both.)
- Must pass CCC and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level exams during contract period.
- Age Limit: 35 years

- SEBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (current year).
- In-service candidates must apply through proper channel or provide NOC.
- No TA/DA for attending exams/interviews.
- University reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify recruitment.
- Disputes will fall under Surat jurisdiction.
