Applications are invited from 28/09/2021 (13-00 hours) to 13/10/2021 (13-00
hours) for the following posts of Gujarat Administrative Service Class-I,
Gujarat Civil Service Class- I & II and Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer
Service, Class-II. The reservation for S.C., S. T., S. & E. B.C., E.W.S
& Women candidates is as under. In case of non - avaiability of Women
candidates, in the respective category, the post so reserved will be allotted
to male candidates belonging to the same category.

candidates belonging to reserved category can apply against vacancies for
Unreserved category and the criteria will be applicable as per Unreserved
Category.
Educational
Qualification.:-
A
candidate shall hold a Bachelor’s degree of any University incorporated by an
Act of the Parliament or State Legislature in India or other educational
institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a
University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or
possess an equivalent qualification recognized by Government. A candidate who
has appeared or intend to appear or awaiting result of final semester/year of
the required qualification, can apply, but the candidate has to qualify and
submit the required qualification as advertised before the last date of
submitting application for mains examination. Also the candidate must have
completed 20 years of age on the last date of online application.
Pay
Scale:-
For Class-I : Pay Matrix Level No: 10- Rs.56,100-1,77,500 and other allowances
(According to 7th Pay Commission) For Class-II : Pay Matrix Level No: 8- Rs.44,900-1,42,400
and other allowances (According to 7th Pay Commission)
Age:- A
candidate shall not be less than 20 years of age and not be more than 35 years
of age as on 13/10/2021 Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt
of application. Upper age limit shall be relaxed as under:
Note : For
the interpretation of the advertisement, the provisions of Recruitment Rules
and Examination Rules of the posts shall be final.
